- Debbie Downs, DreamRiver Designs owner and creator lives on a small farm in Cannon Falls Minnesota raising Dexter Cattle. Designing jewelry was a long forgotten childhood dream that is finally being realized and brought to fruition. I love the feel of the metals, and the fluidity of movement that the chain maille pieces have. Maille pieces bring to mind a more chivalrous time, full of fantasy and Knights. Each pieces is created from one single ring that is woven and entwined with others using ancient patterns & techniques. Wire wrapping of minerals and crystals allows them to be worn as pendants. I try to feel what the stone 'is' and wrap to accentuate its properties and appearance. DreamRiver Design pieces are handcrafted to last a lifetime of wearing and carry a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. I use only top quality gem stones, crystals and precious metals, and other quality materials for finished work. I also craft heirloom quality rosaries and chaplets.
